Biography
Greg Lusby is a shareholder at Arnold Gallagher, PC in Eugene, Oregon. Greg represents individuals to Fortune 500 Companies. He litigates commercial, construction, contract and tort matters along with insurance claims and disputes. Greg also represents individuals and entities in professional malpractice and disciplinary matters. He is rated AV Preeminent — 5.0 out of 5.0 - for ethical standards and legal ability by Martindale-Hubbell. Greg is a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a Member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). He is also a Past President of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel (OADC). Greg was a Deputy District Attorney in Marion County from 1993 to 1997. He has extensive trial experience before juries and has handled hundreds of depositions, mediations and arbitrations.
