Biography
As a Director at Huron, Mr. Adams leads end-to-end risk mitigation consulting services across a broad spectrum of data-related issues, including E-discovery, records management, and data lifecycles. He also advises insurance clients on best practices throughout the EDRM process, is able to lead key stakeholder and custodian interviews, and is well-versed in mapping data flow throughout complex organizations. Mr. Adams has also regularly advised clients in complex litigation matters, from collections, workflow setup, and all stages of data review through production and trial preparation. Working closely with both in-house counsel and law firm attorneys, he has extensive experience in large-scale litigation and trial strategy, and has led dozens of litigation teams for a variety of Fortune 100 clients.
