Biography
A Senior Director at Huron Legal, Laurey assists corporate law departments, Insurance carriers and their law firms with the overall management of their electronic discovery needs. Laurey specializes in project management and comprehensive review solutions for complex litigation and government investigations. Laurey provides clients with discovery strategies aimed at maximizing defensibility, reducing legal spend, standardizing matter handling, managing difficult deadlines and ensuring a quality work product is delivered. Prior to joining Huron, Laurey served as Corporate Counsel at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in North Carolina where she was responsible for assisting the litigation groups in all aspects of the discovery process. Laurey serves as an active board member for the Women in eDiscovery chapter located in Charlotte, N.C. and is a participating member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
