Biography
Mark F. DiGiovanni, Esq. joined Global Indemnity Group in April 2008 in the position of Vice President, Claims/Litigation Management. His responsibilities include major litigation oversight as well as the hiring and retention of panel counsel. Prior to joining Global Indemnity, he served as Claims Counsel for The Travelers overseeing major exposure litigation in Eastern Pennsylvania and New England. Mr. DiGiovanni has practiced law for various law firms and insurance companies. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, and New Jersey Bar, and is admitted to practice in all Federal District and Appellate Courts in those jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. DiGiovanni is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife and four children.
