Desiree Tolbert is AVP, National Technical Compliance with the Sedgwick Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.. She is based in Lake Mary, Florida. Ms. Tolbert has over 35 years of experience as an insurance professional with a record of success in the areas of multi-jurisdictional claims handling, management, marketing, regulatory compliance and customer service.
Ms. Tolbert holds a certification in workers’ compensation litigation from the WCCP. She has earned the Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Service designations (AIS) through the AICPU.
