Bradley W. Eskins is the managing partner of Eskins, King & Marney, P.C., a defense law firm located in Memphis, Tennessee. Eskins, King & Marney, P.C. provides quality legal representation to defendants in the states of Mississippi and Tennessee. Mr. Eskins has represented multiple insurance companies and self-insured clients in various courts. Mr. Eskins is licensed in all state courts of record in Mississippi and Tennessee and in Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court. He serves on the CLM Insurance Bad Faith Committee, and is a past or present member of the following legal organizations: the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Eskins was a speaker at the 2015 CLM Annual Conference on the topic of Bad Faith in a presentation entitled "Bad Faith Principals For Any Claim Department To Avoid.”
