Dan Tadrowski

Biography

Mr. Tadrowski is employed as Litigation Management Counsel for Tower Hill Insurance Group, a leading writer in Florida of residential property insurance. With twenty years in the property and casualty claims arena, he has substantial experience in the evaluation and oversight of catastrophic bodily injury claims and property losses. Working both for major insurance carriers and as insurance defense counsel with various private firms, he has acquired the skills necessary to evaluate and resolve complex bodily injury and property claims. Prior to becoming a member of The Florida Bar, he also worked as a bodily injury adjuster for a major property and casualty carrier. Before joining Tower Hill, Mr. Tadrowski worked as an insurance defense attorney for various law firms in Central Florida.  His areas of practice included auto, premises liability, personal injury, condominium and homeowner’s association litigation, construction defect, first and third party insurance coverage, and Director and Officers liability matters.  At the outset of his legal career, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 19th Judicial Circuit in Vero Beach. As a Vice-President and Litigation Management Counsel for Tower Hill, he oversees litigation in the areas of first and third party claims, first and third party coverage, bad faith, and subrogation for Tower Hill’s personal and commercial line carriers.  Mr. Tadrowski has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from the University of Florida in 1992. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, cum laude, in 1999.  He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999.
