Biography

Stephanie M. Holzback is an insurance claims professional currently responsible for the handling and resolution management of high profile commercial bodily injury and property damage liability claims.  Ms. Holzback  holds the position of Senior Complex Director for a global insurance carrier.  Prior to working in the insurance industry, she practiced law in New York State for sixteen years which included the defense of liability actions in both federal and state courts, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations and claim/reserve analysis, as well as preparation of opinion and position letters. This practice encompassed a variety of risks and exposures including: hotel, restaurant and other premises claims; construction issues (including Labor Law claims); products liability; lead, asbestos and other toxicants; elevators; commercial and personal motor vehicles (including defense of national car rental corporations); and Dram Shop liabilities.  She is also an Arbitrator in New York City Small Claims Court.
