Biography

Fran is a senior level claims professional with extensive management, technical and training experience. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cabrini University and her MBA from Eastern University. Fran has an extensive liability background managing automobile, general, professional and workers compensation programs. She has an extensive background in Subrogation, running a national program both on the insurance carrier side and for a law practice based in the Philadelphia. Her experiences in both a field and corporate setting provide her the ability to manage a variety of programs including traditional insured products, captives, unbundled and SIR programs, large deductible and reinsurance arrangements. Her areas of expertise include Litigation Management, Subrogation, Auditing/Best practices and team building.
