Biography
Beth is a founding member of Tollefson Bradley Mitchell & Melendi, LLP. She concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and appellate matters, and is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Beth has represented primary and excess insurers, policyholders, agents, and reinsurers in a variety of coverage-related litigation and appeals. She regularly counsels clients on coverage issues and has participated in drafting coverage forms and endorsements. She also mediates and has acted as an arbitrator in coverage disputes. Beth has been recognized as a Texas “Super Lawyer” and one of the top 50 Women Lawyers in Texas. She has been recognized as a “Notable Practitioner” in insurance coverage and litigation by Chambers USA, included as a Best Dallas Lawyer by The Best Lawyers in America©, and selected as a “Lawyer of the Year” for insurance law in the DFW area in 2017. She has written and spoken on insurance coverage topics in Texas and nationally.
