Biography
Felipe is a Senior Technical Claims specialist for Amerisure Insurance. Felipe as team member of the Liability Major Case Unit manages a portfolio of cases including Construction defect, high exposure, complex, high severity, and other specialized General liability claims. Felipe prides himself in maintaining high internal and external customer satisfaction as well as retaining the appropriate counsel and experts to achieve targeted objectives.
Felipe earned his bachelor’s in business administration from James Madison University in 2006. Felipe has extensive experience handling litigated, complex and or large loss claims including but not limited to Construction Defect, School Leaders Errors and Omissions, Premises liability, Auto liability and Personal and Advertising injury. Felipe earned his Charted Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 2016, he is currently licensed in multiple states and has experience managing cases in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Outside of the office, he enjoys mountain biking, martial arts, traveling and spending time with his wife and toddler. Felipe is a native Spanish speaker and considers himself an intermediate Portuguese speaker.
