John Livatino

Biography

John Livatino is a healthcare underwriter for Beazley, a leading Lloyd’s of London syndicate and international specialist insurer. As part of the Miscellaneous Medical team, John specializes in developing tailored policies for unique and complex medical professional and product liability risks. He is also the lead underwriter for their nutraceutical book of business. John joined Beazley in 2010 in an effort to increase their domestic underwriting presence in the healthcare professional liability segment. Prior to joining Beazley, he spent more than a decade underwriting and managing underwriting teams focused on professional liability including architects & engineers, medical malpractice, lawyers and technology E&O. He was also the regional underwriting manager for brokerage casualty which specialized in complex product liability risks. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southern California.
