Charles H. Clark, Jr. (Clay) is a senior partner in the law firm of Huie, Fernambucq & Stewart, LLP, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He is actively engaged in the practice of employment law, workers’ compensation, product liability, personal injury, toxic exposure litigation, industrial accident litigation, retaliatory discharge, sexual harassment, ADA litigation, discrimination, errors and omissions, motor carrier litigation, premises liability, and general liability litigation.Clay represents a wide range of local and national clients and is consistently “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell surveys.
