Biography

Since 2002 Matthew Brady has managed a wide variety of litigated matters including Product Liability, Commercial,  Insurance, Intellectual Property and Toxic Tort for Eaton Corporation, a global technology leader in power management solutions that make electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power operate more efficiently, effectively, safely and sustainably.  He also has been responsible for selecting and promoting global compliance and ethics legal training for Eaton’s approximately 102,000 employees that sell products to customers in more than 175 countries with 2013 sales of $22.0 billion.Prior to joining Eaton he served as an attorney and litigator for various governmental agencies including the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County, the latter in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.  Matthew has also litigated a number of significant jury trials in State and Federal Courts representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  He has served as a lecturer in National Institute of Trial Advocacy courses and as co-instructor for Trial Advocacy courses at Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall Law School where he also received his law degree.Matthew is licensed to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia.
