Biography
I am not your typical lawyer! I have a passion for disrupting and innovating the traditional practice of law to obtain better outcomes with greater efficiency using data analytics, AFAs, ALSPs and advancing technology. My background as a "traditional" law firm attorney, in-house managing trial attorney and insurance executive gives me a unique perspective, insight and knowledge. And, I have tried more than 45 first chair jury trials and hundreds of bench trials as both an outside and in-house counsel in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, construction, healthcare, professional liability and wrongful death.
