Jon Nichols

Biography

Jon A. Nichols is a partner with Harman, Claytor, Corrigan & Wellman. He has tried over 60 jury trials in his career, representing clients that include: national and local businesses, property owners and managers, retail and grocery stores, hotels and motels, restaurants and bars, and long-haul and local trucking companies. He handles a variety of matters for his clients, including slip/trip and falls on commercial premises, motor vehicle accidents, negligent hiring, drowning, toxic torts, contract disputes, construction defects, commercial litigation and collections. Jon is the immediate Past President of the Henrico County Bar Association and serves at the elected representative of the 14th District of the Virginia State Bar Council, the legislative body for the Virginia State Bar.
