Rebecca Falzone

Biography

Becky is a Manager at Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company leading a team of multi-line adjusters handling claims in Arkansas, Illinois, Georgia, New Mexico, and Wisconsin. She joined Acuity in 2012 as a Claims Representative.
 
She is a graduate of Illinois State University's College of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. Becky has earned her AIC-M, AIC, and AINS designations through The Institutes. She is NAMIC T.E.A.M. certified and has earned her CCP and ACP through completing CLM's Claims College - Schools of Transportation, Mediation and Litigation Management. She has earned her Certified Leadership Professional designation through the International Association of Insurance Professionals. Becky is currently completing her MBA through Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
 
Prior to managing, Becky spent her time at Acuity working independently and alongside defense counsel to investigate and resolve multi-line losses, including complex and severe commercial auto and general liability claims in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. Becky resides in the Chicago area.
