LaGreta Burch

Biography

LaGreta Burch began her career over 19 years ago in the insurance industry. She has handled personal and commercial auto/property/bodily injury, commercial liability, and commercial construction defect claims as a field adjuster. LaGreta currently works as a Litigation Specialist and celebrating her 10 years of service with Westfield Insurance. She also has Claims Management experience for Safe Auto Insurance and previous experience as a Commercial Representative for Nationwide Insurance.

LaGreta regularly advises and works with defense counsel in multiple venues to resolve litigation cases.   Her primary duties include but limited to setting an early, strategic game plan for each case, and creating opportunities for potential of resolution considerations. Additionally, LaGreta is a key player in working with Special Unit Investigation department/counselor to help prevent fraudulent cases.

In 2014 & 2015, she received OARS (Official Active Resolution Strategy) awards from Westfield Legal Department for her efforts in resolving two different cases in a timely, cost-effective, and creative manner. LaGreta is a member of National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) and Claims Litigation Member (CLM). 

Currently, LaGreta has dual careers with over 20 years’ experience in accounting/taxation. She is completing her MBA at Keller University – Columbus, Ohio (2017) with plans on achieving her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2018.
