Linda Pierce

Biography

Since joining Gallagher in 2007, Linda has served our clients as a claim advocate.  Linda currently heads Gallagher’s Western Region claims team and works with our clients on complex and disputed claims.  Linda also provides assistance to clients in all management liability lines including Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance, and Employment Practices Liability Insurance.  Linda is involved in negotiating terms and conditions, as well as assisting clients with claim issues.
Linda is also part of Gallagher’s Human Resources consulting team and frequently works with our clients on risk management issues such as leaves of absence, employee discipline matters, and related policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Linda was a trial lawyer and represented a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, in connection with business and employment matters, including litigation in federal court and state court through trial and appeal.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Linda worked for a large national insurance brokerage and was involved in all aspects of several professional liability programs.
