Biography
At Bressler, Amery & Ross, Hope manages the first party property insurance team who conducts work throughout the entire state of Florida. Specifically, the firm handles residential first party property insurance defense cases from pre-suit investigations through lawsuits and trial. This includes the defense of assignment of benefits cases and the investigation of fraudulent issues that are affecting Florida. She also has defended large corporations in premise liability, personal injury and negligence actions.
Hope received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Hope spent several years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for a publicly traded company. In college, she participated in the Division 1 lacrosse program at the University of Massachusetts where she was recognized as an all-conference athlete for the Atlantic 10.
