Biography

A Union College and New York University School of Law graduate, Michael is a Partner in Morrison Cohen's Corporate Department where his practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general company representation.  Michael's practice covers all areas of corporate law, including counseling domestic and international clients in transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contracts, labor matters, litigation, real estate, and acting as primary outside general counsel to many of his European-based clients. His clients are active in a wide range of industries, including fashion and luxury goods, automobile components, consumer products, HVAC equipment, photographic accessories, publishing, specialty steels, intercom systems, pumps, retail display systems, mechanical installations, model agencies, broadcast rental equipment, industrial control equipment, automated studio and broadcast camera support systems, professional cameras, industrial machinery and equipment, professional search firms, drugs and health products, and software manufacturers.
