Biography
Victoria Hampson is a Senior Claims ResolManager for The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. As a Senior Claims Manager, Tori manages the Alternative Dispute Resolution program for The Home Depot, working toward early resolution of claims through the mediation process for all stores across the country. Tori also manages the Early Case Assessment program aimed at successful resolution of lawsuits against Home Depot prior to engaging the services of outside counsel and incurring legal fees.
Tori has been with The Home Depot for 24 years in the Legal Department and has served in the roles as Commercial Litigation Paralegal, Senior Paralegal, Sr. Customer Resolution Specilaist and Claims Manager prior to her current role. Tori graduated from California State University Fullerton where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
