Biography
Ralph Barham is an Injury Analyst at Southwest Airlines corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Having been educated at the University of Texas and East Texas Baptist University, he earned a B.A. in the field of Education and holds a Texas Claims Adjuster Certificate.Prior to joining the SWA team, he invested a number of years teaching, training leaders and producing various media communications.For the past 15 years he has been part of the Workers’ Compensation Department where he oversees the SWA California Workers’ Compensation program. By working in partnership with various investigators in Northern and Southern California, SWA was able to identify and win a number of fraudulent cases and show that timely investment in a good investigator can result in a significant cost savings.
