Biography
Antonio Trotta is the Cyber & Professional Liability Claim Practice Leader at QBE Insurance with over 20 years experience handling large risk commercial claims. Antonio has handled all manner of claims tendered under Management Liability, EPL, Fidelity, Media, Errors & Omissions and Technology policies. Prior to working for insurance carriers, Antonio worked in private practice as an insurance coverage, business dispute and securities litigation attorney. Antonio is a graduate of the University of Maryland and New York Law School, where he served as an editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Antonio has authored several articles for the Fidelity Law Journal, and has co-authored an insurance guide book on intellectual property and cyber liability claims. Antonio speaks frequently on negotiation strategy, privacy law, data breach prevention, mitigation and remediation
