Biography

Keith DuBois has been in the insurance business for over thirty years.  He has vast knowledge and experience in handling multi-line claims including Construction, Property, General Liability, and specialty coverages.  
 
Keith is currently the Claims Lead at Ledgebrook Insurance.

Before joining Ledgebrook in  August of 2024, he was a Claim Supervisor at EMC Insurance where he assisted in establishing EMC's inaugural construction defect unit. He supervises a team of construction defect specialist adjusting claims in the Western United States. He is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the claims team as well as creating and maintaining best practices throughout the department. He and his team work to provide proactive claims assistance to clients while providing optimum service and delivering the most advantageous claim resolutions. 
 
Prior to joining EMC in 2021, he was a Regional Claim Manager for Old Republic/ BITCO Insurance Company where he managed CGL, Trucking and Construction Defect teams within branch offices located in Dallas, Little Rock, New Orleans, Oklahoma City & San Antonio from 2016 to 2021.
 
Keith was also employed by IFG Companies, an Excess & Surplus Lines Company from 1998 to 2016.  He started at IFG as a construction Defect Claim Examiner, managing a large book of CA construction defect claims. He was promoted to Supervisor of CGL claims where his team adjusted claims from the East Coast to Texas. He was later promoted to also supervise an office in Scottsdale, AZ before being promoted to an Assistant Regional Manager and ultimately to Regional Manager.

He started his insurance career in 1993 at Willis Faber, North America as a Reinsurance Account Analyst where he was responsible for invoicing reinsurance companies for losses sustained by insurance companies on a facultative, pro-rata and excess basis.
