Biography
Began her career in Insurance in 1984 in the Sales and Underwriting departments at AAA Michigan. In 1986, Catia transferred to the claims department and in 1989 became a Claim Representative. In 1992, her natural curiosity was a perfect fit for the Claims Investigation Unit at AAA Michigan.
Since 1996, Catia has been in the Special Investigation Unit at Allstate Insurance Company. She has been an SIU Field Analyst since 2001. In her role, Catia handles affirmative civil actions and major case investigations for Allstate Insurance and Encompass Insurance.
Catia Monforton-Farris attended the Unversity of Michigan where she studied Political Science.
