Biography
Marilyn Osborne joined the Hanover Insurance Group, in 2015, as a Claim Consultant. She is responsible for handling Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims with the majority of her claims are for the Realtors book of business.
Prior to joining Hanover, Marilyn held numerous claim positions with CNA Insurance handling the Human Services book of business. She also was a Claim Consulting Director for the Liability line of business overseeing offices in Chicago, Dallas, Denver and CA.
Marilyn was also a Claim Manager for an Excess & Surplus Company.
Marilyn received her Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School in Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science from DePaul University.
