Biography
Kellene McMillan is currently the AVP-Complex Casualty Claims Director at EMC Insurance Companies, leading a team of complex specialists with the company's most serious injury claims. Prior to this position, she was EMC's Claims Legal Counsel and Claims Superintendent who directly handled complex coverage and extra-contractual claims in multiple lines of business, providing coverage advice on first-party and third-party coverage issues to branch offices and corporate office claims. She has a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry with a focus on the handling of complex, coverage, and extra-contractual litigation and litigation management issues. Prior to joining EMC, Kellene was an AV rated, California insurance coverage litigator who defended insurance carriers in coverage and extra-contractual litigation involving commercial property and liability insurance.
