Biography
David J. Escobar is a partner at the law firm of Lorance & Thompson. David has represented clients in the following areas of law during his twenty plus years of practice: medical malpractice, intellectual property, libel and slander, employment law, dram shop litigation, premises liability, legal malpractice, commercial Litigation, DTPA, breach of contract, landlord liability, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents and criminal law, among others.
Currently David’s practice is about 50% healthcare litigation with the remaining 50% focused on Dram Shop, Liquor Liability, TABC administrative representation as well as commercial litigation.
David has tried well over 100 first chair jury trials and won more than 95%. He is a member of CLM and can be reached at DJE@lorancethompson.com.
