Biography
Josh Jakubowski began his career at Ruby Tuesday in March of 2009 in the Information Technology area of the Company, assisting & directing restaurants with Point of Sale issues and day to day issues. Josh was quickly identified as a rising star when he transitioned to the Risk Management area of the Company. He was promoted in 2012 to Property and Casualty Team Leader as he overseeing daily claim resolution for the liability practice area for the Company. Since September 2014 Josh has been Director of Risk Management for Ruby Tuesday, overseeing claim self-administration for workers compensation and general liability, managing the company insurance tower and that company safety program. Prior to service at Ruby Tuesday, Josh served in a number of positions at KVAT Food Stores, Inc. In addition to his many hats worn at Ruby Tuesday, Josh also sits on the Board of the Knoxville Latin Mass Community as the Treasurer.
