Biography
Andy is the Director of Shared Services for Encova Insurance, responsible for the operation of the Special Investigations Unit and Recovery Services organization. Andy brings over 29 years of insurance and law enforcement experience to his responsibilities at Encova. Andy previously worked for a large national carrier in roles from claims representative to Senior SIU manager. He also was a criminal investigator and road trooper with a state police agency.
Andy earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University, as well as his AIC Certification from the Institutes and CIFI from IASIU.
