Francesca Ippolito-Craven is a shareholder in the Miami office of Kubicki Draper. She focuses her practice in the areas of construction, corporate, contractual, development, litigation, risk management and security legal matters for casinos, concierge companies, concert and sports venues, convention centers, cosmetic and medical spas, cruise lines, event sponsors, health clubs and gyms, lodging establishments and condominiums, nightclubs and bars, pool and beach management companies, restaurants, tour and excursion companies, theme parks, valet companies, vessel and watersports management and rental companies, and a wide variety of retailers.
Throughout Francesca's career, she has written articles and lectured to hoteliers, retailers and insurers, on a variety of hospitality and retail legal issues. Since 2010, Francesca has co-authored the Florida section of the nationally published Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty-State Compendium (Aspen Publishers).Francesca earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and business from Florida State University, and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for the United Nations and the International Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland.
Francesca is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all the Courts of Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
