Thomas J. Little

Biography

Thomas J. Little is a Litigation Manager for Veolia/Sedgwick CMS and licensed to handle claims in 18 states along with several other states not requiring licenses. He routinely attends depositions and mediations for Veolia which has been his dedicated client for the past 10 years. He has been in the insurance claims business for 31 years and has also taught classes through the Insurance Institute of America. He represents Veolia at 20 to 30 mediations every year and also attends all key depositions and trials. Mr. Little has attended mediations in all areas of insurance including General Liability Claims, Auto Liability claims, Workers Compensation subrogation, PD subrogation and Jones Act claims. He has attended mediations on the east coast, Midwest and across the south from Florida to Texas. Mr. Little graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater - Deans list 1st honors with a BBA in Finance. He has his Associate in Management and Associate in Risk Management degrees from the Insurance Institute of America and has classes toward his CPCU and Masters. TJ graduated from the first CLMP (Certified Litigation Management Professional) program at Columbia Law School in October of 2011.
