Biography

Michelle Sears joined Gallagher Bassett Services in November 2011 as a Workers’ Compensation Senior Claims Adjuster. Michelle immediately excelled in this role, collaboratively partnering with her supervisor and her clients.  Her knowledge, innovation and positivity were keys to Michelle’s many promotions through out the years.  Currently, Michelle is a Director in Client Services. Since accepting the position as Director of Client Services, Michelle has shown her leadership, creative and organizational skills by developing and improving several new processes. Michelle has enhanced a client summary report so the design is customized to the individual client, created compliance logs to monitor claims payments to ensure adherence to jurisdictional guidelines, and organized jurisdictional training to include monthly meetings and a quick reference guide for adjusters.Prior to joining Gallagher Bassett, Michelle was a workers’ compensation claims adjuster with AIG Claim Services. While there, Michelle received awards for customer service and structured settlements.Michelle Clark graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration to Justice. Michelle resides in Barnhart, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, MO. There, Michelle lives with her husband, Derek, and daughter, Morgan.
