Biography

Jeannette Johnian serves as the Assistant Vice President of Workers' Compensation at Amynta Work Comp Solutions, where she leverages over 25 years of industry experience to lead a committed team dedicated to compassionate claims handling. In her role, she oversees workers' compensation across all jurisdictions and plays a pivotal role in the development of the company’s new Third Party Administrator.
Since joining Amynta in 2023, Jeannette has been a catalyst for strategic initiatives and improved outcomes, successfully introducing new products that enhance service delivery. Her extensive career features various claims management and leadership positions at distinguished companies, such as Falls Lake Insurance, Nationwide, Harleysville Insurance, The Hartford, and AIG.
A recognized expert in her field, Jeannette has shared her knowledge as a featured panelist at the WCI Conference, contributing valuable insights to her peers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a minor in Sociology, from Regis College in Weston, MA.
Living in the greater Raleigh, NC area, Jeannette manages a balance between her professional responsibilities and her family life as a wife and mother of two. She is deeply passionate about human rights advocacy and participates actively in social awareness initiatives. In her free time, she supports her daughter's volleyball endeavors, stands by her son who serves in the U.S. Navy, and volunteers at the Raleigh Dream Center.
