Biography
Paul Graves is Claims Counsel with CapSpecialty where he offers coverage opinions and recommendations, as well as overseeing coverage and extracontractual litigation. Prior to joining CapSpecialty in 2017, Paul was Senior Counsel with the Legal Department of QBE North America, where he had a similar role. He has been working in-house for insurers since 2004 in a variety of capacities.
Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1999 with honors and spent five years in private practice. His experience includes jury trials, bench trials and appellate work.
Paul has earned the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional from the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and has also earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
