Biography
I have 26 years of litigation experience handling commercial claims nationwide. I have spent 17 years doing trucking work. I worked for a trucking company, so am well versed in DOT regulations, and have also handled a myriad of GL claims to include DRAM shop, assault and battery, trips and falls, product liability, premises liability, shootings, etc. I am well versed in reading policies and writing ROR/Declination letters. I also have a knack for detecting fraud, and for using ISO and Accurint to identify fraud.
