My background encompasses a range of handling, consulting and leading property and casualty lines including but not limited to retail, automotive, technology, agriculture, construction and financial services specializing in high value high complexity losses. I have extensive experience in managing high performing teams across multiple regions with an emphasis on business strategy, customer hospitality, ensuring proper resolution and developing team efficiencies, effectiveness and productivity. My experience also includes extensive community service serving on several professional boards in leadership positions.
