Toni Tate

Biography

 As a Construction Advisor, Toni understands the clients' needs and provides the necessary risk and insurance advice to effectively serve them. She works in conjunction with internal teams to execute strategies that best suit clients’ unique exposures while participating in presentations to prospective clientele that suggest innovative risk solutions specific to the construction industry. Further, Toni is actively involved in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the construction sector.

Along with multifarious skills, she brings with her a dynamic teaching background and the ability to establish trusted relationships which create positive outcomes. Toni’s experience also includes assisting construction clients with navigating complex insurance programs including Master Builder’s Risk (MBR) and Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP) as well as contract review. She has made a habit of sharing the knowledge she’s acquired by leading risk management and insurance classes, developing training materials, and authoring informative essays.
