Biography
Christina M. Rieker is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals, including attorneys, accountants, appraisers, architects, engineers, physicians, and insurance agents and brokers. Her practice also includes the defense of broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Ms. Rieker is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where she earned her B.A., cum laude, in English. She received her J.D. from New York Law School.
Ms. Rieker is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
