Christine Zack

Biography

Christine Zack has served as a member of the senior management team for three national healthcare companies, providing strategic guidance on all aspects of organizational affairs.  As Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of Fundamental Adminstrative Services, LLC, Christine functions as a legal advisor and head of the Risk Management Department where she advises on corporate governance, acquisitions, divestitures, lease agreements, intellectual property, compliance, criminal cases, employment/human resources issues, regulatory matters and government relations initiatives and directs the management of high risk litigation, including the defense of non-traditional whistleblower claims.
 
Christine is known for fostering a team-oriented, cross-disciplinary approach to complex legal and business issues and for bridging the gap between legal and business units.
 
Christine is a graduate of Tulane Law School where she was a member of the Tulane Journal of International & Comparative Law; a student attorney with The Public Law Center; and a member of an Inter-School Appellate Moot Court Team.  Christine graduated Cum Laude from Dickinson College with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.   In her personal life, Christine serves as the Vice President and a Director of her neighborhood property owners’ association board of directors; serves as the Chair of her neighborhood Social Committee which she founded in 2015 and is involved with several dog rescue charities throughout the country.  Christine resides in the Las Vegas, Nevada area with her husband, son and two rescue dogs.
