Biography
Thomas Lookstein is a Claims Manager for Starr Adjustment Services, Inc., the claims adjusting division of Starr Companies. Tom currently handles EPL, D&O and E&O claims in Starr Companies' New York office. For 12 years, prior to joining Starr Companies, Tom worked for several law firms where he represented insurers in coverage litigation in U.S. and London arbitrations, and monitored & handled D&O, EPL and E&O claims on behalf of domestic and foreign insurers. Tom received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
