Mary Frances Nolan

Biography

Mary Frances Nolan currently holds the position of Claims Manager at Certus Claims Administration providing management and oversight of the Hospitality and other claims program while maintaining ownership over claims including Construction Casualty and direct actions against carrier clients.
 
She has more than 30 years of experience in claims management working in multiple lines including Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability and Directors and Officer's Liability lines.  She also worked several years as a reinsurance auditor. Mary Frances completed several INS courses in addition to receiving and providing extensive training and education during her tenure. She attended Los Angeles Pierce College and University of Phoenix, majoring in business with a focus on insurance and public entity matters.   She also attended classes at the Ventura College of Law in Ventura, CA.
