Biography
Elaine Moss is a Member with Knight Nicastro MacKay in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Moss focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage matters, handling coverage litigation throughout the Midwest. She also serves as defense counsel in complex construction litigation. Ms. Moss is a native Kansan, started her legal career with Crosby, Heafey, Roach and May in Los Angeles, then found her way back to Missouri to work on the Transit Casualty Company in Receivership. Ms. Moss writes and speaks frequently on insurance-related topics, as well as diversity and inclusion issues. She also enjoys consulting with law firms on building the law firm of the future through her side-hustle Firm Foundations.
