Biography
Tom Brown manages a team of claims professionals at National Claim Services, focusing on Construction Defect claims. He has held VP, AVP and Director positions at insurance companies, brokers and insurance software vendors, including QBE, ACE, CNA, Fireman’s Fund and OneShield. Tom has headed up operations involving complex, multi-jurisdictional claims, including construction defect, environmental and product liability. Tom has a BBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and MBA from the University of Michigan. He has numerous designations, including Certified Internal Auditor, Senior Claim Law Associate and Fellow, Life Management Institute.
