Brian Palmeri

Biography

Brian J. Palmeri is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on securities and financial services litigation, representing financial service industry professionals, securities broker-dealers, registered representatives and fiduciaries in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and regulatory proceedings. In addition, Mr. Palmeri advises clients on securities industry agreements. Mr. Palmeri also has extensive experience defending complex litigation matters involving accountants, attorneys, and design professionals. Mr. Palmeri is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association. New England Super Lawyers Magazine named Mr. Palmeri as a "Rising Star" in the category of securities litigation.
