Biography

Tracy Alan Saxe, President of Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C, is a skilled commercial litigator with more than 35 years of experience focused on insurance coverage on behalf of policyholders. He handles cases involving coverage for comprehensive general liability, directors and officers, professional liability, builder’s risk, subcontractor default insurance, first-party property damage, additional insured, wrap-up policies, collateral disputes, cyber, reps and warranty, and business interruption claims. Mr. Saxe has litigated insurance coverage matters nationwide and has successfully tried over 60 arbitrations, appraisals, jury, and court trials. In addition, Mr. Saxe has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Quinnipiac University, where he taught Insurance Law. He frequently lectures on insurance coverage nationwide.
