William Eskdale

Biography

For twelve years Bill Eskdale has been the principal Construction Defect Adjuster at Bintech Partners, an affiliate of Bankers Insurance Company in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he has exclusively handled construction defect claims against both subcontractors and general contractors under a number of general liability insurance products offered by his company.  Previously, he practiced law for some years in both Illinois and New York.  His New York Practice was focused on environmental coverage issues. In 1984 he began work with insurance companies, working with environmental claims for more than fifteen years.  Mr. Eskdale also has a background in directors and officers liability, pension trust liability, elevator and escalator bodily injury claims.   He holds a BA in History from the George Washington University; a JD from the John Marshall Law School and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York.  He has also earned the CRIS Designation (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) from Insurance Risk Management Institute.
