Don Heinrich

Biography

Don Heinrich is the Assistant Vice President of Claims for Chubb Agribusiness Insurance. He is a 1981 graduate of the Drake University School of Law and has worked in insurance and risk management for 38 years in a variety of technical and managerial roles. His areas of expertise include coverage and complex litigation, insurance company claim department structure and procedures, reinsurance, captive insurance and alternative risk financing. He was the principal and owner of Heinrich Insurance Consulting, providing consulting and expert witness support to the legal and insurance industries. He is on the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Claims Association and is a Fellow of the Claim Litigation and Management Alliance. He has spoken to numerous groups on a variety of insurance topics.
