Maureen Fitzgerald Penn

Biography

Maureen is skilled in all facets of marketing communications strategy development and implementation, with a penchant for the written word. A consummate multitasker, Maureen thrives in a dynamic environment where constant learning and flexibility are required. In addition to serving a professional liability insurer as a marketing communications staff member, Maureen had the great pleasure of leading North American advertising and public relations efforts for a toy manufacturer. Most recently, Maureen served a variety of clients as principal writer of her own consulting firm.

She kick started her marketing career with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a master’s degree in marketing communications from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Maureen calls herself the Wonder Woman of Writing, minus the skimpy outfit and golden lasso, of course!
